Contains four floors:
Basement: includes the services facilities of building in addition to the gym and Fitness Equipment.
Ground Floor / bowling: include entry on two axes, which includes the main stairs of the building, information and administration. Includes (6) bowling lines with seating areas surrounded by the cafeteria, bathrooms, a kitchen, preparation and seating areas. There are also service stairs, machines rooms and staff rooms with bathrooms.
First floor / billiard hall: Contains the entrance, which includes the main stairs of the building, reception and administration. The hall includes 9 billiard tables with seating areas surrounded by a cafeteria, seating areas, kitchen and baths. There are also the mechanical and electrical services, stairs leading to staff rooms.
Second floor / video Games: Contains the entrance, which includes the main stairs of the building, reception and administration. Includes electronic games hall with seating areas surrounded by a cafeteria, bathrooms, stairs and kitchen. There are also mechanical and electrical services and stairs that lead to staff rooms.
Administration include (reception – Director’s Room - trainer’s room) adorned the main entrance, on each side of the playground there are entrances for the players of each team provided with bathrooms and showers.
Located on the main street of the Arabi neighborhood and is provided with parking area. It is designed according to the Turkish style and according to international specifications and measurements.
Indoor Sports Hall will be valid for the basketball Games, volleyball, and tennis, and includes seats on both sides for audience also the hall is provided with four entrances to avoid crowd.
Hall has four stairs for the players also provide showers, bathroom, toilets, sinks and changing rooms for the players.
Fence height of 6 m2 with entrances with the same style as the fence suitable for several sports games, as follows:

These arenas are mostly distributed to the whole project near to the residential units
